**New Series!**
This series focuses on unique strategies and practices to bring about change that bear on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus through:
AIEA Issue Briefs inform AIEA members and the larger international education community about key issues in the internationalization of higher education and potential responses.
AIEA occasional papers are longer-form essays or reports that inform the AIEA membership and the larger international education community about subjects relevant to the internationalization of higher education.
This series reflects on existing research, identifies research gaps, and encourages new research to address the gaps. Further, while the series begins with two papers focused on questions pertaining primarily to the U.S. context, perspectives from outside the U.S. are very much needed and welcomed.

College and university presidents send important signals about the missions and priorities of their institutions. This series gives voice to the different ways in which higher education presidents define internationalization, align it with institutional mission and student learning outcomes, and understand both opportunities for internationalization and possible threats to it.
This series sheds light on the internationalization of higher education from the perspectives of the individuals responsible for the academic functioning of colleges and universities. The series captures Chief Academic Officers' thinking and actions, to learn from their successes, and, as importantly, to learn from the constraints they and their institutions have faced in their internationalization endeavors.

**New Series!**
In the past several decades, the international higher education landscape has grown increasingly diverse, both in terms of the types of institutions represented and those who serve in leadership roles. This series seeks to present the full breadth and variety of SIO pathways and perspectives, to add nuance to our understanding of who already serves in SIO roles, and to provide an inspiration and model for others who may be considering such a career path.

While SIOs typically oversee multiple operations, they are generally responsible for the day-to-day management of only a few of them. This series enriches the SIO’s familiarity with key areas and better prepares them to engage with their peers as well as their colleagues within the department or on campus.

To help capture the history of internationalization, AIEA and its Editorial Committee created a video series as a chance to learn from those who were there at the beginning of the internationalization. The interviews focus on leaders who in the late 20th century led the internationalization of higher education in the U.S. and abroad. Many thanks go to Dr. Joan Elias Gore of the Foundation for International Education for initiating and leading the project.
