The AIEA volunteer program offers meaningful work and professional development opportunities at the AIEA Annual Conference, a premier event for international education administrators. Scheduled for March 2-5, 2025, in Houston, Texas, this conference gathers senior international officers from around the world for valuable dialogue and networking. AIEA seeks 50-60 volunteers, especially those from the Houston area, to assist with various logistical and tactical tasks, working 3-4 hour shifts over five days, including one day for orientation and setup. Volunteers will help ensure a seamless attendee experience and will have the chance to network with senior leaders, gain insights into future trends, and play a crucial role in the conference's success. Volunteers are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses; however, snacks and drinks will be provided on-site.
