Enhancing the Well-being and Mental Health of Senior International Officers and International Education Leaders
Thursday, December 5 1pm EST Senior International Officers and leaders in international education operate in stressful environments from the rapidly changing events around the world, pressure from administration, complicated issues with students and families, the complex and ongoing process of institutional change, staff layoffs and turnover, and so on. We often have robust resources in place for student wellbeing and mental health, and yet, we don’t always prioritize these same things for ourselves. For this Town Hall meeting, panelists will offer perspectives on how we can best support ourselves and one another. Additionally, they will provide practical strategies to promote wellbeing.
