AIEA collects the following types of information via online forms and through MemberClicks, MetroConnections, PayPal, or Survey Monkey: personal information, credit card numbers. This information is all collected for the purpose of facilitating AIEA’s services for members and is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests and/or the performance of a contract. Information may be shared with PayPal, MemberClicks, Survey Monkey, or MetroConnections to facilitate AIEA activities. Questions, comments, and requests to correct or delete personal information may be directed to info@aieaworld.org.
Logo Usage and Style Guide The Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) logo is described in the AIEA Style Guide (.pdf) and is trademarked. Any use of the AIEA logo requires written approval from the AIEA Secretariat. Please contact the Secretariat at info@aieaworld.org or +1 (919) 893-4980 to secure approval for usage of the AIEA logo. The request for AIEA logo usage should include: the intended purpose of the AIEA logo use, the location where the AIEA logo will be used (e.g., electronic, print, letterhead etc.) and the length of time for intended use of the AIEA logo. If permission is granted for logo usage, continual usage of the AIEA logo will be reviewed annually and can be revoked at any time by the AIEA Secretariat.
Any usage of the AIEA logo must only be reproduced from an original digital file (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, .eps or JPEG formats) to be provided by the AIEA Secretariat upon granting of usage permission. The logo must not be photocopied, scanned, recreated, reproportioned or altered in any way. Further description is available in the AIEA Style Guide(.pdf). AIEA reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarked logo or other violations of applicable law. AIEA occasionally asks for biographies for program participants and conference presenters.
