The 2023 AIEA Annual Conference will take place February 19-22, 2023 at the JW Marriott Washington DC.

Calendar Syncing 
Mobile app calendar syncing: 
Click on any event in the Agenda, the event details will appear, click on "Ical" in the top right corner above the event. A pop-up will appear, select the option to enable calendar syncing in your phone settings in order to sync with your mobile calendar.  
Desktop calendar syncing:
Click on the event in the Agenda, the event information will appear, click on Add to Calendar. The event will automatically download to your computer, open the downloaded file. Your calendar will open and you will be asked which calendar you prefer to save the event.
