Registration Fees

All fees are in US Dollars. Early registration ends January 7, 2021.

Note: *A $10 processing fee will be charged to non-members participating in the Partner Day and not the conference.  

**An additional $25 processing fee will apply if you are only attending a pre-conference workshop and not registering for the conference.
Payment by wire transfer will incur a $35 transaction fee.

Partner Day registration includes:

• One-day access only; does not include access to sessions or events on other Conference days

The Newcomer Orientation, which takes place on Monday, February 15, is open to those who register for the Partner Day or for the full conference. 

Eligibility for Member Rates

• Please note that in order to be eligible for member Conference Registration pricing, your membership application must be both received and processed by the deadline for that price category. 

• Please allow up to 14 business days for AIEA to process your membership application after your payment has been received. 

• Due to processing times for check/wire transfer payments, AIEA highly recommends paying via credit card during conference season to increase the chances of receiving registration discounts. 

• Payments via check or wire transfer may delay membership processing considerably, as it can take up to 14 business days from receipt of payment to process memberships.

• Delegations of five or more participants from outside the U.S. may be eligible to register for the conference at the member rate. For more information: AIEA Conference Delegations. 

Note: Member conference registrations will be checked with current AIEA Member lists and discrepancies will be billed accordingly.

 *Processing times may be longer than usual due to COVID.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Conference Registration fees are refundable, less a $99 processing fee, up until January 7. Workshop Registration fees are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, up until January 7. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting January 8, 2021. Credit card refunds will be processed within 2 weeks. Check refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Wire transfer will be processed within 1 week.

*Please note: Partner Day non-member processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

Transfer/Refund Policy 

Registrations are transferable (within the same membership category) until February 8 with a $75 administrative transfer fee. Starting February 9, 2021, transfers will not be accepted. All transfers must be sent in writing via e-mail to the AIEA Secretariat. Please e-mail a request to [email protected], and expect confirmation within five business days.

AIEA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as personal technical difficulties, participants inability to access the Virtual Event, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.

*Please Note:
AIEA Membership Payments-Please allow a minimum of two weeks to process your memberships. Checks/Wire transfers for AIEA memberships must be received by January 25^th in order to register as a member for the conference.

Conference Registration Payments-Check payments must be received at the AIEA Secretariat by February 8, 2021. If payment has not been received by this date, the registration will be cancelled.
