AIEA member Eric A. Canny  co-presented the NAFSA webinar "Education Abroad Advising and Orientation for the Changing Student,"  focusing on how we can better prepare today's student for a meaningful education abroad experience, utilizing learning theories as an underpinning to the standard Pre-Departure process. 

AIEA member Eric A. Canny authored the Fourth Edition of NAFSA’s Guide to Education Abroad (GEA) chapter on Orientation and Preparation, bringing educational, social media, and online learning theories to the practice of Pre-Departure.
