2008 Annual Conference Schedule

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE: The 2008 conference is being held over President's Day with the following general schedule:

Sunday, Feb 17 - Pre-conference workshops (additional registration fees apply) and pre-conference meetings

Monday, Feb 18 - Morning pre-conference workshops (additional registration fees apply), AIEA committee meetings, Afternoon opening plenary (2:00 pm) and concurrent sessions, opening reception sponsored by the Spanish Embassy (Note: Only pre-registered participants will be given security clearance to attend the embassy reception; tickets are needed. No walk-ins allowed.)

Tuesday, Feb 19 - Plenary Breakfast, Exhibit Hall Opening, Morning and afternoon concurrent sessions, lunch plenary, evening reception celebrating AIEA's 25th Anniversary

Wednesday, Feb 20 - AIEA Association and Recognition Breakfast, morning concurrent sessions, morning plenary, plenary luncheon, afternoon concurrent sessions (last session ends at 3:15), Advocacy Day briefing (3:30-5:30 -required for all 1st time participants), conference closes

Thursday, Feb 21 - Advocacy Day co-sponsored with the Alliance (beginning with 7:30 breakfast/strategy session, 9:30-1:30 Hill visits)
