Dr. James Cooney is Vice Provost for International Affairs and Director of the Office of International Programs at Colorado State University. He worked at Harvard University for 24 years as Executive Director of the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and earlier as Dean for International Programs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He served on the AFS Intercultural Learning Board of Trustees, including two years as chairman, and on the New England Fulbright Board as vice president. He is a member of the international Board of Directors of "NAFSA: The International Educators Association." In 2003 he received the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Dr. William B. Lacy is Vice Provost, University Outreach and International Programs and Professor of Sociology in the Department of Human Ecology at the University of California, Davis since August 1999. He received his Ph.D. from University of Michigan and has published over ninety journal articles, book chapters, and books on education and science policy. Dr. Lacy is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, received two Fulbright awards (Brazil–2001 and Japan–2010), and a German Academic Exchange Services award (DAAD–2004). He was President of the Association of International Education Administrators (2010-2011).

Dr. Donna Scarboro, Associate Provost for International Programs at The George Washington University, is responsible for overseeing GW’s international centers, study abroad, and international academic exchange partnerships. At GW, she has built and supported a range of on-campus and international programs, including interdisciplinary and experiential programs, summer programs, and one of GW's largest distance education programs. She serves as an advisor to the university leadership on international partnerships and programs and develops innovative opportunities for faculty and students to engage globally.
